All new clients are required to book a skin consultation so we can properly assess your skin and create a customized treatment plan. Arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete consultation forms. Disclose any medical conditions, medications, or skin history. Clients with contagious illnesses or active skin conditions may be denied service to protect others. Avoid makeup, spray tans, retinols, and heavy skincare products at least 5 days before your facial. During this appointment, you will receive:

• A full skin analysis and consultation

• A customized foundation facial tailored to your skin’s current needs

• Professional product and home-care recommendations

• A personalized treatment plan designed for long-term results

Each client receives a personalized treatment plan outlining in-office treatment care and recommended at-home skincare to help maintain and enhance results between appointments. This process ensures your skin receives the appropriate treatments from the start and allows us to monitor and track your progress over time.

Arrive with clean lashes (no makeup, lash strips, or glue). A $25 lash bath will be charged if needed. You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions to qualify for a fill.

Lash extension services are fully customized to each client’s natural lashes, eye shape, and desired look. We offer Classic, Hybrid, Volume lash sets, & Mega Lash. During your appointment, your lash artist will assess your natural lashes and confirm the most suitable style to achieve your desired outcome. Most clients requesting a natural yet full appearance typically fall within Hybrid or Light Volume sets. Volume sets can also be customized to achieve a softer, natural finish. All lash sets are tailored in density and style to ensure the final look aligns with your preferences while maintaining lash health and retention.

By booking a lash extension service, you acknowledge that final styling will be customized based on your natural lashes and desired look.

Clean skin is required for all waxing services. Hair should be at least 1/4 inch in length. Wait 3–4 weeks post-shave. Gently exfoliate 24 hours prior to your appointment and please do not shave between waxes to maintain proper hair growth cycles . Waxing every 3–4 weeks helps weaken hair follicles and leads to smoother, longer-lasting results

Cannot be performed if you have:

• Ear infection (within the last 6 weeks)

• High blood pressure, epilepsy Cochlear implants, fever, outer ear eczema

• Perforated or artificial eardrums
