Booking Instructions
•To book, text (248) 937-0316 with your name, date, service, and send a $20 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot.
•Deposits can be made via Apple Pay, Zelle, or PayPal. Cash App is accepted with a $2 processing fee (not applied to your service total).
•The deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be credited toward your final balance.

Late & Cancellation Policy
•A $15 late fee is applied after 10 minutes.
•After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled.
•Same-day appointments may be available for a $30 squeeze-in fee, based on availability.
•Confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation.
•Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
•No-shows will be blocked from future bookings.

Guest & Minor Policy
•No extra guests or children allowed during appointments. Treatment rooms are intimate spaces reserved for scheduled clients only.
•Teens (13–17) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Intake forms must be signed by both.

General Service Agreement
•All appointments are time-sensitive. Add-on services will only be accepted if time allows.
•At Lash Esthetics is committed to quality, transparency, and client education.
•Please understand that results vary depending on skin type, condition, and natural features.
•By booking, you agree that there are no refunds, and chargebacks will not be honored. All payments (including deposits) are legally enforceable and will be submitted to Small Claims Court in Sterling Heights, MI, if necessary.

Right to Refuse Service
•At Lash Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including services outside our scope of practice, disrespectful behavior, or harassment. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

💆♀️ FACIAL POLICIES
•First-time clients must book a skin consultation with their facial.
•Arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete consultation forms.
•Disclose any medical conditions, medications, or skin history.
•Clients with contagious illnesses or active skin conditions may be denied service to protect others.
•Avoid makeup, spray tans, retinols, and heavy skincare products at least 5 days before your facial.

👁️ LASH EXTENSION POLICIES
•Arrive with clean lashes (no makeup, lash strips, or glue). A $25 lash bath will be charged if needed.
•A fill is required after 3–4 weeks. You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions to qualify for a fill.
•No foreign fills: Lash removals are required before a new set.
•After 2 fills, a removal is required to protect natural lashes.
•No set modifications after 5 days from the original appointment.

🧼 WAXING POLICIES
•Clean skin is required for all waxing services.
•Hair should be at least 1/4 inch in length. Wait 3–4 weeks post-shave.
•Gently exfoliate 24 hours prior to your appointment.
•Do not shave between waxes to maintain proper hair growth cycles.
•Waxing every 3–4 weeks helps weaken hair follicles and leads to smoother, longer-lasting results.
